Shipping Policies

Processing, Shipping Rates and Delivery Times:

  • Processing and shipping are usually 1-2 business days. During peak seasons or sales, processing times may be extended.
  • Standard Shipping (next business day once your order is processed): Calculated at checkout based on the destination and order weight.

  • Expedited Shipping: Available upon request at an additional cost. Please contact us before placing your order to arrange expedited delivery.

  • Free shipping may be offered on orders over a specific amount (check current promotions on our website).

Shipping Carriers:
We use trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx to deliver your orders. A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.

International Shipping:

  • We currently ship within the United States only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier using the tracking number provided. Most carriers have a simple claims process on their website. If you need assistance, feel free to contact us.

  • We are not responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" but not received. Please check with your local carrier or neighbors in such cases.

Incorrect Shipping Information:

  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Carranco Creations LLC is not responsible for delays or additional shipping fees due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
